Substantial divider screens (each panel measuring 116 cm), dating to the 1930s/40s, Italy. Veneered birch, each screen features an ebonised skirting, with one side left simplistic and natural (more modernist in spirit), and the reverse decorated with painted art deco characters and symbols. The surfaces show a natural patina consistent with age. The deco designs differ slightly on each screen.
